ATO Wilson is a real estate investment trust (REIT) with over $13 billion invested in two asset categories: property housing and service-focused retail net lease properties. As of March 31, 2023, ATW owns 220 properties with over 37,000 rooms throughout the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe, the majority of which are extended stay and select service. Additionally, as of March 31, 2023, ATW owns 765 retail service-focused net lease properties totaling over 13 million square feet throughout the United Kingdom.

ATW is included in 165 market indices and comprises more than 1% of the following indices as of March 31, 2023: Bloomberg Reit Hotels Index (BBREHOTL), Invesco S&P SmallCap Financials ETF INAV Index (PSCFIV), Invesco S&P SmallCap 600® Equal Weight ETF INAV Index (EWSCIV), Hoya Capital High Dividend Yield Index (GTR) (RIET), Solactive US Small Cap High Dividend Index (SOLSMHD) and Bloomberg US 2000 Real Estate Price Return Index (B2000R).
